Situated just north and within walking distance of historic downtown Roswell, GA sites Parkside, a unique development by Atlanta-based Brightwater Homes. Using a conservation overlay, the traditional zoning was transformed into a more compact development of homes that allowed for the creation of a two-acre park as part of the neighborhood.
