A picturesque setting of just eight custom homes by Brightwater Homes just north of historic Roswell, Oak Lane’s home designs honor the traditional character of Roswell in Farmhouse and traditional Americana styles. The homes were set about four feet above grade in the front to accommodate rear basements on a gentle slope to the rear – creating a nice base level for each that translated into an elevated presence for a stately streetscape effect. Homes range from 4000 to 4700+ square feet and evoke traditional farmhouse charm with white exteriors and colonial or rustic detailing.
