Five Lakeside

Nestled in East Cobb, Five Lakeside is a boutique neighborhood of just five custom homes developed and built by Brightwater Homes. In order to take full advantage of the lakeside setting, the five homes were intentionally pushed back on their homesites to sit closer to the lake, also creating the unique opportunity for a community drive, set back from the main road and framed by a neighborhood park in front of all of the homes to serve as a lush buffer between the homes and the main road.
The homes at Five Lakeside were designed in the New England Nantucket style inspired by the soft washed tones and rich materials of Martha’s Vineyard. Soft gray shingle siding, white trim and low stone walls evoke the sunwashed charm of this signature style with classic colonial features and thoughtfully selected materials anchoring the authenticity and resonance of each design. Homes ranging from 4400 to more than 5100 square feet feature shingle siding and stone, traditional gables and distinctive features like a lantern-style cupola or a classical front portico.
